School Climate Survey Overview:
Ladue School District is committed to supporting the well-being of students, their families, and staff. As part of our commitment, the district administers climate/culture and equity/inclusion surveys to gather valuable perception information. Ladue Schools began utilizing Panorama Education services in the fall of 2021 to conduct bi-annual (fall and spring) perception surveys. Panorama safeguards participant privacy, keeping responses confidential. As a reminder, the Panorama survey is one data point, as the district utilizes a variety of tools to guide us in creating a greater sense of belonging and inclusivity for all stakeholders in the Ladue School District. The goal of the school climate survey focuses on the followings six areas:
- Elevating all stakeholder voices
- Collecting actionable data and information for strategic planning
- Focusing on school climate and culture
- Supporting students’ social-emotional well-being
- Determining the impact of DEI-related action steps
- Increasing family and community engagement
We greatly value your voice and participation.
